The fees Hike decision is taken by the authority time to time if there is it necessary of hiking of fees. Those who were inhouse student and continuing there studies in the college at the time of fees hacking will get consideration to remain in the same fees they are  paying so far.  The authority will give some reduction of hiking fees will be applicable for them. This policy of hiking fees vary from one college to another. In some special cases or for some reconstruction purpose this fees hiking is done. So at this time you have to pay for remaining inthe prior fees system introduced by the authority for taking action as before.
