Hi, Aeronautical engineering is a niche branch and there are very few colleges that offer this. Which is the best well is truly not answerable as I believe that this is a branch that requires good training and infrastructure which I cannot guarantee for all the colleges out there. Rankings that are given are generally based on faculty, infrastructure and stuff in general for all colleges so again it may be the best college but not for a specific branch.
