Hello Shankar,
I think you must go for B.Sc. Hons in Mathematics. After that you will have to pursue M.Sc. in Mathematics. IIT JAM, JNU EEE are some entrance exam for M.Sc. program in top Central University and IITs/NITs. You can also Join integrated Ph.D. programme in Mathematics after B.Sc.
After M.Sc. you have to attempt GATE for Ph.D. from top Institute.
