As cut-off marks vary year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and difficulty level of the exam so if you belong to general category and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 500 marks and if you are applying under 15% all India quota seats then you should score above 550 marks then you can secure in government medical College.i Hope this information helps you.

For getting admission in government medical college one needs to score 550+ for getting admission under all india quota and state quota.
