If you looks across the college in Hyderabad itself for Master Science then you have somewhat less choices but if you look across all over the India there will be a huge options for the masters in the field of Computer Science. They are

GATE
Pune University MCS entrance exam.
Lucknow University MCS entrance exam.
Bhartiya Vidya peeth entrance exam.
Manipal University MCS entrance exam.
Andhra University MCS entrance exam.
Institute of Technical education and research MCS entrance exam.
