If I was allotted a seat in UPSEE ROUND-1 (choice no. 4) and same seat in UPSEE ROUND-2.Then should I withdrawal?

If you don't have any other alternatives for counselling, you should stick with the current one. Also, just because you received the same pick doesn't mean you won't get a better seat in the subsequent rounds. I believe you should continue on to the next round because there is no danger in doing so.

Dear student,
If you dont have any other options in other counselling then you should continue with the counselling. Also if you got the same choice that doesn't mean that you will not get a better seat in the next rounds. I think you should participate in the further rounds as there is no harm in doing so.
