It completely depends on your passion and choice what you want to do in your life.

Whether you want to clear UPSC or you are just giving it because you have spare time.

The exam is difficult to crack and one needs to keep a lot of patience before and even after the exam.

If you want to do it, give it another shot but if you don't want it that badly try some other exam of your respective state or even some other stream exams like banking.

Trust yourself. Think wisely and then decide.
