HI Meghana! If you have applied for XAT 2019, you can apply for the institute. There is no hard and fast rule to apply before or after the exam as since you would provide your XAT application ID/number, your score and percentile would be fetched by the institute through that. Moreover, you can apply through multiple exams and the best of your scores/percentiles would be considered for shortlist.
