for counselling of most of the examinations, if you get a college 1st round from your list of preference and opt for further upgradation or take part in further counselling process, you do stand a good chance to get a college until the last round. As per your question is concerned, if you do not a college in first rond after you`ve left the one you got in first, you can opt for further upgradation, just make sure that the necessary form fillups and payments are done within given time frame.
