Bro my 23 no choice is lock. Bro I gave the choice as a descending order. And lt will start as a choice no1or choice no22.

from 1 to 22 you will be alloted any clg based on your rank they will start from 22 as you are upgrading
plss don't go for techno India it's the worst college. I telling this to you because yesterday I visit the campus
mai na 22 me ME rakha hai but I want to study in EE.It is a choice no 20 .
