After 1st round counselling I go to a Rc and fill the yes upgrade from. If I get a seat in second round then I also go to RC?

If you want that seat then you have to go . Otherwise the upgradation go to 3rd round

Bro my 23 no choice is lock. Bro I gave the choice as a descending order. And lt will start as a choice no1or choice no22.

from 1 to 22 you will be alloted any clg based on your rank they will start from 22 as you are upgrading
