If you not score good marks in your JEE you can join any other college which is good basing on your marks.But earning a job with the highest package is in your hands. The companies see your knowledge for offering you with good salaries.minimum 12 lakh package means it is a very huge amount for a starter it needs a lot of dedication towards work and you should make researches on the subject and gain the knowledge.you should improve your communication skills to get and sustain in a good job.
