Dear Apoorva, by any chance if you are not available for counselling on the prementioned dates, you lose out on the chance of securing an admission. Recounselling for candidates who missed counselling is not an option and even the amount that you pay for example any non refundable amount will not be refunded. The dates are always mentioned in advance so as to let you squeeze your availability to attend the counselling.
