No, there's no problem in getting admission into any College, for undergraduate courses if you have given any improvement exam. This is because the best score is taken into consideration.
And, also, so many students give improvement exam every year, but no one is denied admission as long as they satisfy the Eligibility criteria for the course. So, don't worry.
