If you are taking about CBSE board examination then sorry to say no grace marks are being provided to the students unless and until question paper claimed to be very much difficult for students ,if so lenient marking will be done and for every attempted question they provide marks.

If the paper is tough correction is lenient do yes grace are given to students who are at border line. Mostly grace grrks are given to those students who score very low. If you are anywhere near 25-30 marks, they will pass you. They don't want to Gail anyone specially in board. The marking will be lenient.
