Dear Applicant,

Since you will mostly apply all of your details with proof for any admission procedure so make sure your details are all correct. Eg birth certificate or marksheets etc but basically in most cases parents information is just noted down but you dont require proof so it wont make a problem.

Riya Jaiswal Yes, it would be problematic. These documents need everything matching. Nothing should be different. I request you to change it if you wish to do a passport etc..
