OBC rank or the category rank does not matter in the NEET exam. The seat allottment process is done on the basis of the All India Rank (AIR).
You can only get to know the category rank once the official result is out, although it us of no use.

See it is quite difficult to guide you with your OBC rank on the basis of your CRL rank and even it is of no use because for NEET UG counselling either the NEET UG score or AIR is used not the category rank.
