If my brother is more than 18 years and earn more than 8 lakh per years.Is he part of family for EWS CERTIFICATES.

Dear aspirant,

The eligibility criteria for ews is as follows:-

1- Family income should be less than 8L.per annum.

2-Your family should not own more than 5 acres of land.

3-You should not own more than 1000 sqft of flat.

But on a general basis you can make your ews certificate if your father's income is less than 8L . It doesn't matter what your brother's income is.
