In this case in any document verification or counselling your sc certificate is not considered as yours as according to your educational certificates. any differ in surname is not accepted in any counselling.

so in my opinion you should apply for your new sc caste certificate and make sure that the name of your father written in your educational certificate is same as in your new sc caste certificate.
