There's no exact telling what will be your GEN EWS rank based on your CRL rank.

For example if you're the only GEN EWS person in the top 100000 then your EWS rank will be 1, if you're the 10th person under that rank then your EWS rank would be 10 and so on. So it completely depends on the no of students of your particular category who qualified in that margin.

Now, as per previous year's stats your EWS rank might be near the range of 15000. But like as said you can't be exactly sure.

The JEE rank predictor can give you an estimate of other categories such as OBC, SC , ST etc.
