According to you your Initials has been missfilled by you in the NEET application this may cause a real problem at the time of counselling but it will not cause any change in your rank or selection procedure. The best thing you can do is at the time of counselling you can apply to your real name  in the state counselling Portal or all india counselling portal and you can ask for the officials that you can change your initials which you have had filled wrong .

Well though it should not be a much bigger problem as many people also fills wrong details in their application form but the government  does not want to waste a year of the students so changes are allowed in the counselling time also.

Initial is wron in admit card then it will not create any issue during exam, but during counselling it migjt create problem. To resolve that you can do visit head office or helpdesk via mail or contact number. Provide your correct details, they will change with nominal charges.
