No need to worry at all, if you are unable to find your admit card then you can try searching for the same on your email id or you can re-download it from the NTA Jee mains portal.

You can check in your registered email for application number and then you can login into nta website to download your admit card,if you didn't find your application number then go into nta website then give forget application number it will be asking your registered email or phone number in that way you can get back your admit card
