Your rank in JEE Advanced is very good. But you won't be able to get in IITs , NITs and GFTIs or any other gov. college cause one need to score at least 75% in 12th 

So sorry my friend you will not be able to get IITs ,but you should take a drop and shoild study for both 12th and JEE

Hey you have good chance to get inyi but as you have very little marks in 12 so your creteria for the admission for the nit iit and gfti fail and you can't apply for the same .
