Yes you cn definitely give next year.

But why wait for jext year since Jeemain Application form will be again released after January 2019 for the April 2019 attempt as students get two chances yearly and best of two scores will be considered

So go for second attempt in 2019 itself and can go again in 2020 provided you are eligible for all above attempts and fulfill eligibility and qualifications criteria.
