if my marks in UPSEE 250+ can I get a Government college

Greetings prem!

For government colleges you will need to score atleast 400. Cut-off for government colleges are are high and number of seats low. So you will have to score atleast 400 on a score of 250 you can hardly get a government College. 250 is considered as an average score which can get you around 3k rank. (Estimated)

College you get will also depend on your choice of course and stream. You can get private top colleges as well if you wish to pursue studies from private colleges.
