Based on your All India Rank, you have decent chances of admission to Government medical College, Kozhikode.

Government medical college, Thiruvananthapuram

Government medical college, Kottayam

Then according to your AIR, chances are less for admission to Government Medical colleges under state quota.
You can try for private colleges and deemed universities.
