The colleges cannot be suggested only on the basis of rank and also the marks scored by you is not that up to the mark so this will surely lead you in selecting some very low level of colleges and due to which you will not able to get the benefits of that college hence, i would recommend you to reappear for the exam with proper learning so that atleast you can doe your future studies in a reputed institution.
