the national testing agency in charge of the NEET UG examination is only supposed to notify you in case they find a problem with your uploaded signature, photograph in the form of thumbnails or JPEG images which you have previously uploaded
we will notify you to re upload them if they were not satisfactory during this window period starting from 14 January and ending on 31st January 2019 after which no for the corrections can be made
What is also worth noting is that is there are some other mistakes in your biodata which do not pertain to the mentioned once then you will have to make the corrections yourself without any notification on part of NTA and within the aforesaid time period only because no for the corrections will be accepted after this window period is over.

Dear Bhupen, NTA will notify of those errors in the scanned uploaded images that need corrections in your NEET application. Only then can you make corrections to your Photo/Signature/Thumb impression. If you haven't been notified then your scanned images are good to go. But the other details, you will not be notified. You have to go through your application and make those changes wherever necessary.
