The authorities will give sufficient time to obtain the qualifying exam certificate. All the applicants need to appear in the qualifying exam and obtain the qualifying examination certificate on or before the cut off date specified by the authorities. You will not be given any further deadline and if you fail to upload all the necessary documents for document verification the admission will get cancelled and you cannot claim the seat. So you need to obtain the qualifying exam certificate as it is requisite to upload the certificate.
