Correct Answer: Rs.5,40,000

Solution : Total Balance of Liability Side of the Balance sheet is -

Partners Capital A  Rs.300000 - Drawing  50000 = 250000

                          B  Rs.200000 - Drawing  40000 = 160000

                          C  Rs.100000 - Drawing  30000 =   70000

debtors                                                                       60000
Total                                                                    Rs. 540000

So the total assets of the firm will be Rs.540000

Hence the Correct answer is option 3.
