As per the official announcement, the K-CET counselling will be conducted for students passing supplementary examination after completion of second extended round of seat allotment. Yes,

Bringing relief to thousands of students who passed the II Pre-University (PU) supplementary exam, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), on the directions of the State government, has offered them an opportunity to take admissions in engineering colleges.

The 67,276 candidates who passed the II PU supplementary exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling for the 9,897 engineering seats which remained unallotted after the completion of the second extended round.
