Yes you can pursue this course with these subject combination as the basic eligibility criterian says that you must have Higher Secondary (10+20) or equivalent qualification completed from a recognized educational Board, with Physics, Chemistry, and Math as main subjects, and a minimum aggregate score of 55%.

Apart from this you have appear from the entrance examinations such as AIEEE, as the admission process will be based on merit of entrance.
