If your basics are clear, concepts are strong and the main part i.e practicing maximum questions will surely get your a good score. The more you'll practice the more idea you'll get of the question-level-pattern + applications of the formulae and also the logic-where and when to be applied. Once you know this- you'll be able to solve questions. So, practice.. practice and practice.. and you will know your mistakes well while solving and this'll help you keep important points in mind.
