Ashish, kindly mention the name of application form for which you have applied. In general, there are some rules/guidelines given by the authories of conducting exam which candidates need to follow while filling the application form. For uploading the picture these are:

• No shadow or reflection on face.
• White background.
• Photo should cover minimum 80% face.
• candidate should not wear any cap or goggles.
• Specific size ( differ for each application form).

If you are not able to see your face clearly in the photograph, then there are chances that your form might get canceled. So, if you have any chance for editing it , just do it!
