If qualifying marks goes above 100 marks in UPSEE so you are be default disqualified in UPSEE Councelling. So you can't take part in counseling. So you should go for Private Institute for direct admission on basis of simple Aptitude Test and Percentage in Your intermediate class board exam.
You can go KIT Kanpur, PSIT Kanpur, BBD Lucknow, NIET, GNIT, Sky line Greater Noida.
