Dear Janhvi, your performance in NEET has really got no thing to do with the fees structure in any Medical College. The fees structure is different if you get a seat through All India Quota and it is different if you get a seat through State Counselling. And if you have any scholarship benefits that you heligible for and have applied, then there is a difference in the fees. Apart from that NEET score has got no thing to do with fees structure. Now MS Ramaiah is a Private Medical College which means it doesn't participate in All India Counselling and with 570 as a score, depending on your Category, you can get a Government Quota seat in this college and in such cases, your fee will be approximately 4 lakhs per annum.
