Dear Aditya, as you belong to General Category, if you score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, even if you have completed your 10+2 in Compartment, you are still eligible for NEET. Completing 10+2 and securing the minimum aggregate against your Category is mandatory for qualifying for NEET. It doesnt really matter whether you have passed in First class or Compartment.

Yes you can appear for neet Once you will qualify your compartment exam. but you need to keep in mind about the minimum percentage required. The minimum percentage required in 12th is as follows:
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
