Most of the collge's ask for migration certificate but not all. But for being in a safer side, I would kindly request you to  apply for resissuing a migration certificate. They can be easily obtained through the school or via boards website.

Whenever you take admission from one university to theother , migration certificate is required.
Even after completing 10+2 you have to produce migration while taking admission in any university or college.
Some of the schools like UP board doesn't provide migration because they say that transfer certificate will be considered as migration, in that case you have to go your board office then the board office will give you the verification certificate stating that your Transfer Certificate should be considered as migration.
