With the frequent misconduct of NEET in the near past, the rules are changing day by day. To be very straightforward, your tattoo will put you in trouble, only if the invigilator or the security check before NEET has objections to it. Better remove them. And to add one more point, your tattoos will prevent you from joining AFMC, in case you want to, provided you are not belonging to those categories of tribes, for whom tattoos are allowed.
