hey dear, if a student gets another seat in another college his left seat will be taken by the student who didn't get a chance to get that particular college in round 1 of counselling .So dear these vacant seats are left vacant for students having less marks and weren't able to get college.

Let me tell you if a candidate is alloted a seat in round 1 and then he/she is upgraded to another college in further rounds.

The counselling is done in this way that as the student gets upgraded into a good college the vacant seats are automatically filled during the counselling.

Why to think so much about the vacant seats?

The student gets his/her seat upgraded and rest the vacancies are managed by the college itself.

Sometimes these vacant seats are filled at the last,sometimes they are filled immediately.

as your buddy is you want to know that if a student get updated in the next round of counselling then what happens to the seat allotted to that student that gets vacant. 

Would like to tell you that since the seat get vacant then in the upcoming rounds of counselling this seat is set for the counselling process and those candidates who deserve the seat are eligible or are eligible to take admission on the seat of fulfill the criteria of the seat response to the seat and get the seat allotted.

The vacant seats of the first round of All India NEET counseling will be available for those who will participate in the second round of counseling. If some seats are still left vacant after the second round of counseling, then those seats will be transferred to the state quota.
