Solution :

The correct option is 100N.

Weight (W) = Mass (M) × acceleration due to gravity (g)

The gravitational acceleration on the surface of the moon is 1/6th of that on Earth.

Acceleration due to gravity on Earth ≈ 10m/s²

So the acceleration due to gravity on the Moon will be = 10 × 1/6

Given the mass of the object = 60N

W = M × g

W = 60 × 10/6

W = 100N

So the weight of the object on the moon will be 100N.
