Let me Clear your Doubt there is no Provision like that which you are saying reservation for general category and every category seats in NLU,is as per Government of india Norms,and it will be remain enforecefull during admission process also,IF NRI seats are not Filled then it will be Remain Vaccant as well there is no any rule like that General student should acquire that seat.so don't be confused with these things.
