Yes you are eligible.

Eligibility states:

Basic eligibility for the programme is a pass at the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards) in any stream (Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce & Management, Sciences) from any recognised Board in India.
You will have to give Christ university entrance test to clear the first round following with skill assessment, micro presentation, personal interview and assessment of past academic records.

This year applications are over and now the applications will be out in December 2017.
