There is no such criteria in mht cet to get admission in pharmacy colleges. To get into good colleges in Mumbai or other parts of Maharashtra your score should be in the range of 100-130. Also to get into the top tier pharmacy college your score should be 140+. You can try taking admission in colleges with 75 marks through cet marks in other states.
