In procedure of filling up the form a mistake should never be made as it can cost you your admission.
In the form filled if your place of living is correct then the college can take it into consideration but if both are wrong then it is a serious issue. In this case you have only one option you can talk to admission department of the college. It is the last authority that can do somehting in this case. Mostly the colleges amend this kind of problem as they also want good students take admission in their college.
