To qualify aiims fr general category the cutoff is usually a 50% marks...

But ur getting a seat in aiims depends on tge toughness of the paper nd d cutoff of this year.. This trend varies each n every year so nothing can b said with guarentee. 

But a score of 120-130 can be considered a safe score, bt if paper would be tough it might go down.So u in that case you may have a chance.
