No,if you freeze your seat and accept allotment order/letter then you are not eligible for second round counselling in ts EAMCET 2021 and if you want a seat in other colleges and not happy with that college there is a small bit of chances of you got govt.college then only at last in internal sliding and spot counselling you can apply for change i.e.only govt.colleges to govt. colleges with no additional charge/fees .
