Almost every college ask students to fill this bond to college that if you discontinued your course at the middle you will have to pay total course fee. As they will have all your original documents with them which will require to get admission in other courses so if you don't pay the full term fee then they will not return back your documents. So before getting addmitted in any college check all the bond and term condition of the college.
