There is nothing like this.The marks of January JEE MAINS does not count for your eligibility for the MAINS in April. You can write both of them irrespective of your marks in the first one.The best marks will be taken for determining the cut offs.

But for writing JEE Advanced you have to qualify the respective cutoffs of each category.
