If you do not exit from any round of counselling and are willing to apply for an up grade for a better college of your choice, you can do so. Then you can participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling.

If you are selected, the fees and the documents that you submitted will be transferred and adjusted accordingly.

If you are not selected but you attend the counselling, you can apply for more rounds if they are bound to happen.
