Dear Aspirant, it is not possible to get admission into engineering without any entrance exam. The all india IIT JEE, and different state level exams are conducted for admission into engineering courses.

If your marks are less than the required marks for a college, you can go for managemnt quota, but even there, you at least need to show that you have appeared for any of the above exams. I hope this makes it clear.
